Owners or lessors of property located in zones ruled under a technological risk prevention plan or a natural risk prevention plan, predictable, prescribed or approuved (see city repport for details)

If the status for natural and technological risks is not given with the deed of sale or when signing  a lease, a judge might declare a rent or sell reduction or even cancel the deed.
